    • Title
    • A sentence about the topic
    • A score of 1-5 on your interest level in reading it (5 is the best, 1 is the worst).  Use each number only once today.
    • Today’s books include: The Help, Balzac and the Chinese Seamstress, Snow Falling on Cedars, The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks and First They Killed My Father.
    • Turn in your review of all 10 books when you’re finished.
  • Breakouts: Spanish III/IV and English/Independent Study

Our Girls Basketball team is one step closer to a State Championship and we want you to be there to support them!  If they make it to the finals tomorrow we will be sending a rooter bus to Gill Coliseum in Corvallis.  There are 30 spots available and they are first come, first sign up.  Cost is $10 and that includes your ticket into the game.  Sign-up with Amy Shiply asap if you want to go!!

Report to the PAC for a half hour overview presentation and then have the opportunity to visit two half hour presentations from the individual schools. Kids will return to 5th around 3:00.  Universities attending: U of O, OSU, SOU, Western Oregon, Eastern, OIT & Portland State.
